Many agencies charge thousands upfront for design and development. We do it differently: no big upfront investment, but a maintenance subscription with a 12-month minimum. That spreads the cost and lets us build a long-term partnership.

Clear agreements, no fine print
A website built for free raises questions. Fair enough. Here are the answers, straight from our terms.
Are there really no build costs?
Yes, really. You pay no build or design fees: we design and build your website at our own expense. In return, you enter a maintenance subscription with a 12-month minimum. The exact scope of the website and the monthly fee are agreed upfront in your quotation.
How long am I committed to the subscription?
The minimum term is 12 months. Because we don't charge separately for the build, the subscription cannot be cancelled early during that first period. After that you're completely free: cancel monthly with one month's notice.
Who owns the website?
Your content and data (texts, photos, logo and customer data) are always yours. During the term you have a full right of use; after the term ends and everything is paid, we transfer the website to you.
What happens after 12 months?
That's up to you. If you stay, nothing changes: same rate, same service, cancellable monthly. If you stop, the website is yours and you can export your data in a common format for up to 60 days.
What does the monthly fee include?
Hosting including an SSL certificate, availability and error monitoring, security and software updates, daily automatic backups, and email support on business days from 09:00 to 17:00. Minor changes are included too, up to the number of hours agreed in your contract.
Are changes included?
Minor changes within existing functionality, such as texts, photos and prices, are included in your subscription, up to the agreed hours per month. New functionality or new pages count as additional work: we quote for that upfront and only build after your approval.
Is a domain name included?
Yes, it can be. In most cases we arrange the domain name and include it in the monthly fee. Already own a domain? Then we transfer it or simply connect it to your new website. The exact arrangement is set out in your quotation.
Can my existing website be replaced?
Absolutely, we do that often. We build a completely new website and migrate your existing content; your old site simply stays online until the new one goes live.
Can you also build a webshop or a system?
Yes. Besides websites we also build custom webshops and management systems, such as ordering systems and CRMs. See our case studies for examples. The scope of the project determines the monthly fee, agreed upfront in your quotation.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You pay one fixed monthly fee, agreed upfront and excluding VAT. Additional work only happens after your written approval, and any annual price adjustment is announced at least 30 days in advance.
